BlockOut

DISCLAIMER:

Due to a bug with Unity's cameras that I couldn't figure out in time, the cursor isn't a part of the game, so if you move your mouse to the right when it's already on the edge of the screen, the camera won't turn. It's clunky, but right-clicking the screen will free the mouse so you can drag it back to the left again. This will be fixed soon.

Platform: Unity, browser game

Genre: puzzle platformer (very early prototype)

Rating: E+

Target Market: puzzle platformer enthusiasts who don't care about a bit of lacking quality

Game Overview:

This game is an attempt to put together a puzzle game with at least two levels. More could be added in the future, but realistically, no more levels will be worked on once the due date has passed. Run and jump around a (not very) open world in an attempt to get to the flag in each level! Spawn blocks in front of you to scale tall structures, or throw them into yellow walls to have them stick and become new platforms to parkour on!

Instructions:

Hit play in the browser, all necessary instructions are in-game.

Game Design Team:

Unity - being a pretty sick software to use

Seth Baardson - coding, ideas, basically everything else
